One thing we don't do: certified hood interior cleaning.

Hood, exhaust duct, and fan-blade interior cleaning to NFPA-96 standard requires a separately certified vendor. We handle the hood exterior as part of every visit, and we'll happily refer you to a certified NFPA-96 partner for the interior pass — usually quarterly or semi-annually depending on cooking volume.
